About 25 entrepreneurs participated in the meeting and were informed about the activities of TTKF. It was reported that the "Educational Student Loan Fund" was established by Decree No. 1367 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 17, 2021. The main goal of creating the fund is to ensure access to education for people from low-income groups, to create equal opportunities for education and to expand the scope of education. During the short period of its activity, more than 31,000 applications received on the electronic portal of the Fund were answered positively, and those students benefited from educational loans.
During the meeting, it was noted that continuous work is being done by the Fund to improve the employment opportunities of students who have benefited from the Education Student Loan Fund. Cooperation is established with leading representatives of the public and private sector in order to attract students and graduates to internship programs in accordance with the requirements of the labor market, ensure their participation in career fairs, and create conditions for them to test and develop their skills in various fields in order to increase their professional skills.
At the meeting, which will encourage the establishment of mutually beneficial relations with employers, about supporting volunteer and internship programs, including seminars and trainings in enterprises represented by entrepreneurs, involving students and graduates in internship programs according to their qualifications, and giving priority to students and graduates who have benefited from education student loans if vacancies arise in the relevant field. agreement has been reached.
