A Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between the Student Education Loan Fund (TTKF) and Azera Holding
On October 29, 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on mutual cooperation was signed between the Student Education Loan Fund (TTKF) and Azera Holding.
The Education Student Loan Fund (TTKF) was represented at the “Regional University–Industry Partnership Summit 2025.”
Ayaz Mustafayev, Head of Department at TTKF, participated in the “Regional University–Industry Partnership Summit 2025” hosted by Mingachevir State University. The event, organized by HBN Group and the Azerbaijan-Turkey Businessmen Association (ATİB), aimed to foster university–industry collaboration, support startup projects, and expand career opportunities for youth.
The Student Education Loan Fund (TTKF) has successfully completed its regional awareness-raising events for the current year’s fall semester.
With the aim of expanding access to higher, secondary specialized, and vocational education for learners, the Student Education Loan Fund (TTKF) has successfully completed its promotional and awareness-raising activities carried out across the regions. Within the framework of the campaign conducted from October 6 to 22, representatives of the Fund held meetings with students and managerial-pedagogical staff in 12 higher education institutions, 27 secondary specialized institutions, and 21 vocational education institutions in the regions.
Soft Skills Training Conducted for TTKF Employees
The Education Student Loan Fund (TTKF) has launched a training program on soft skills aimed at supporting the professional and personal development of its employees. The trainings are conducted by the Fund’s employee, internationally certified professional trainer and mentor, Leyla Rahimova.
“Volunteer Program” launched at the Education Student Loan Fund
Starting from October 20, 2025, the Education Student Loan Fund (TTKF) has launched the “Volunteer Program.” The goal of the program is to expand awareness about the Fund’s activities and engage youth in this process.
Internship programs have been launched.
Between October 8–16, 2025, the Education Student Loan Fund (TTKF) held meetings with Ram Holding, Avrora Group, Atəşgah Insurance, Career and Employment Preparation Center, A2Z Technologies, Aznet Technologies, All in One Technologies, and Kaspi Education Center.
Promotional and awareness-raising activities are being carried out in the regions for the 2025/2026 academic year.
With the aim of ensuring access to education, creating equal opportunities in obtaining education, and expanding the coverage of education, the Education Student Loan Fund (ESLF) is conducting promotional and awareness-raising activities in the regions for the 2025/2026 academic year for students studying in higher, secondary specialized, and vocational education institutions.
COOPERATION WEEK WITH EMPLOYERS
Even though obtaining a TSS (Tuition Student Credit) is relatively easy and systematic, the recurring problems associated with its repayment are somewhat complex and individual in nature.

On October 6, 2025, the Education Student Loan Fund (TTKF) organized an event on “Career Opportunities for Graduates with Student Loans and Cooperation with Employers.” The meeting was attended by representatives and specialists responsible for human resources policies from nearly 30 institutions representing the public, education, and private sectors.

On September 25, 2025, a meeting was held between the Student Education Loan Fund (SEF) and the Baku Design Academy. The purpose of the meeting was to support the development of the knowledge and skills of young people who have benefited from student education loans, as well as to ensure that graduates are trained in professions that meet the demands of the labor market.
