He said that the main goal of the "Education Student Loan Fund" created by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 17, 2021 No. 1367 is to ensure access to education for people from low-income groups, to create equal opportunities for education and to expand the scope of education. It was noted that during the short period of its operation, the Fund received approximately 55 thousand applications and signed more than 43 thousand educational student loan contracts.

The State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Educational Student Loan Fund signed a memorandum.
On 12.12.2022 a Memorandum on joint cooperation was signed between the Educational Student Loan Fund and " ArchiCO" LLC (Engineering Company " ArchiCO"). The document was signed by Araz Pashayev, Chairman of the Board of the Educational Student Loan Fund, and Mahammad Musayev, General Director of "ArchiCO" LLC. The aim of the memorandum is to support the organization of joint programs, implementation of innovative initiatives, support the participation of students receiving TTK in volunteer and internship programs, industrial practice, as well as seminars and trainings in the relevant field, attracting the level of training in internship programs in accordance with the requirements of the labor market, providing preference to students and graduates benefiting from TTK in case of vacancies in the relevant field in the company and establishing mutual cooperation in other fields.
In 2023, on January 24, a memorandum was signed between Khazar University (Khazar University) and the Educational Student Loan Fund. Educational Student Loan Fund and the Social Services Agency will cooperate to provide assistance to students from socially vulnerable families in the field of education. The Memorandum of Understanding on joint cooperation was signed between the Educational Student Loan Fund under the Ministry of Science and Education and the Agency for Social Services under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection. Vugar Behbudov, the Chairman of the Board of the Agency informed about the activities of the organization and the large-scale social support measures implemented at the event. Mobile and stationary services provided to vulnerable people by 12 branches and 13 agencies throughout the country were discussed.
