A meeting was held at Kamensky University within the framework of the visit of the delegation of the Educational Student Loan Fund to the Slovak Republic.
Tahir Khalafov, Deputy Chairman of the Fund's Management Board, gave information about the activities of TTKF and the results achieved. It was noted that more than 55,000 applications were submitted to the Fund, which operates to ensure access to education and expand the scope of education, and about 44,000 TTK contracts were formalized within 3 years.
In order to continue the analyzes conducted by the Fund to make education student loans more accessible and to expand the scope, and to explore the possibilities of applying international experience, the delegation of TTKF visited the city of Bratislava, the capital of the Slovak Republic, within the framework of cooperation with the relevant state authorities of foreign countries.
A meeting was held between the Education Student Loan Fund and Azerbaijan University of Technology. Tahir Khalafov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of TTKF, informed about the work done by the Foundation at the meeting held for the purpose of expanding mutual relations. It was reported that more than 43,000 people benefited from the opportunities created by the Foundation and managed to have their education fees covered by TTKF. It was noted that there is a wide potential for more people to benefit from the education student loan, and the importance of further expansion of the propaganda and campaigning activities carried out for this purpose.
A meeting was held between the Education Student Loan Fund and Azerbaijan State Agrarian University. Tahir Khalafov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Foundation, informed about the work done by TTKF. It was reported that during the period of operation of TTKF, whose main goal is to provide access to education for people from low-income groups, to create equal opportunities for education and to expand the scope of education, the electronic portal received about 54 thousand applications, and more than 43 thousand TTK contracts were formalized.
On October 23, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Education Student Loan Fund and "Shamkir Agropark" LLC.

He said that the main goal of the "Education Student Loan Fund" created by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 17, 2021 No. 1367 is to ensure access to education for people from low-income groups, to create equal opportunities for education and to expand the scope of education. It was noted that during the short period of its operation, the Fund received approximately 55 thousand applications and signed more than 43 thousand educational student loan contracts.
On October 6, the "TahsildaSEN-3" Forum was held at the Nizami Cinema Center. Speakers' presentations on modern educational directions and requirements, innovativeness in education, inclusive society, support for personal development, psychological services in education and other important topics were heard at the forum.
On October 2, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Education Student Loan Fund and the Vocational Education Center under the Economic Zones Development Agency.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, the director of the Vocational Education Center, Kanan Bagirov, highly appreciated the activity of the "Educational Student Loan Fund" established by Decree No. 1367 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 17, 2021. Stating that the creation of the fund is a unique opportunity for students studying on a paid basis, the director said that the signed Memorandum will greatly contribute to the deepening of cooperation between TTKF and the Center.
