For the fall semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, applicants admitted on a paid basis to undergraduate programs of higher education institutions may apply for an Education Student Loan through the portal www.e-ttkf.edu.az after completing their educational registration via the portal.edu.az platform between August 28 and September 8.

New Decisions from the Student Loan Fund!
At the August meeting of the Board of Trustees, which oversees the activities of the Student Loan Fund, important decisions were made regarding students newly admitted to secondary specialized and higher education institutions.
TTKF employees participated in the "Open Door Days" held at ADA University.
On August 4–6, 2025, ADA University held "Open Door Days" for the 2025–2026 academic year. The aim of the event was to inform prospective students about the university's educational programs, admission rules, tuition discounts, and study abroad and career opportunities.
An exhibition of higher education institutions was held at the State Examination Center.
From July 30 to August 1, 2025, an exhibition of higher education institutions was held at the Center's Electronic Examinations Corps, organized by the State Examination Center.
The Education Student Loan Fund supports the development of labor market-oriented educational programs.
In order to support personnel training in accordance with the requirements of the labor market, the Baku State Vocational Education Centers for Industry and Innovation, as well as for Tourism and Social Services, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation with "Code Academy", "CASA" and "IMZA GROUP".
A student who benefited from the TTK successfully completed an internship program at ARPA.
The Education Student Loan Fund (ETSLF) continues its activities in various directions to create internship opportunities for students and graduates who benefit from the Education Student Loan (ETSLF). These activities include engaging in training, developing skills, and facilitating the integration of young people into the working world.
A citizen reception was held at the TTKF.
Citizen admission was held at the Education Student Loan Fund (TSLF) on June 25, 2025. The admission was held by Bahruz Azimov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fund, in accordance with the admission schedule.
The next "Graduation Day" event was held at the Vocational Training Center of the Economic Zones Development Agency.
The main goal of the event was to further expand relations with alumni, inspire students to future successes through the example of successful graduates, increase interest in education, and ensure their active participation in the public life of the Center.

The main purpose of the meeting was to hold discussions on the organization of joint informational networking on educational student loans and to consider the possibility of strengthening cooperation with the university.
With the organization of publications Hədəf nəşrləri in Hədəf lyceum was held I national forum of tutors.
The program of the forum included speeches on various topics by Chairman of the TTKF Board Araz Pashayev, employees of the State Examination Center Khanlar Khanlarzadeh, Veli Huseynov and Vafa Alekper, director-founder of Hədəf Group Shamil Sadik, manager Fakhri Aghayev, taxation specialist Gulu Ibrahimli.
A meeting was held between Araz Pashayev, Chairman of the Board of the Educational Student Loan Fund, and students of the Azerbaijan State Economic University (UNEC).
