Training on “Soft Skills and Preparation for the Labor Market” held
Between March 3–12, the Student Education Loan Fund organized a training program titled “Soft Skills and Preparation for the Labor Market” for students and graduates benefiting from student education loans.
More than 5,000 applicants and parents participated in awareness sessions organized by TTKF.
Within the framework of the next phase of outreach and promotion activities carried out by the Student Education Loan Fund (TTKF) from 09.02.2026 to 26.02.2026, awareness meetings were organized for 9th–11th grade students in 51 general education institutions located in 5 districts of Baku.
A business meeting was held at the initiative of the Student Education Loan Fund to strengthen cooperation with partner institutions.
Representatives from the Vocational Education State Agency under the Ministry of Science and Education, the Education System Informatization Department, Kapital Bank, and AIST Group attended the meeting.
A training titled “Informing on Student Education Loans and Improving Professional Skills” was held.
On February 24, 2026, the next training session titled “Informing on Student Education Loans and Improving Professional Skills” was organized by the Student Education Loan Fund. The training was attended by 25 newly appointed responsible persons from higher education, secondary specialized, and vocational education institutions responsible for the e-ttkf.edu.az portal.
Application Dates Announced for Student Education Loans for the 2025–2026 Academic Year
According to the information provided by the Student Education Loan Fund (SELF), applications for Student Education Loans (SEL) for the fall semester of the 2025–2026 academic year will be accepted until January 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Applicants are advised to complete the application process by the specified date and time.
Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between SELF and Prior Leasing OJSC

Experience Exchange with the Republic of Hungary
In order to study international best practices, from December 16 to 20, 2025, the Head of the Department for Cooperation with Educational Institutions of the Student Education Loan Fund (SELF), Fatima Abdullayeva, paid an official visit to the Republic of Hungary.
A Report Event on the 4-Year Activities of the Student Education Loan Fund Was Held
On December 25, 2025, a report event dedicated to the 4-year activities of the Student Education Loan Fund (SELF) was held. The main purpose of the event was to present the results of the activities carried out since the establishment of the Fund and the formalization of the first applications, to share the achievements attained, and to inform the public about future goals.
Final Training of the “Career Impulse – Personal Development Path” Project Held
The final training within the framework of the “Career Impulse – Personal Development Path” project was held, jointly organized by the Education Student Loan Fund and the Career Development, Labor Market and Alumni Relations Department of Baku Slavic University.
Awareness-raising information sessions organized by the Student Education Loan Fund have been completed.
Between October 31 and December 10, the Fund’s staff held a series of meetings at higher education, secondary specialized, and vocational education institutions located in Baku and Sumgait. The main objective of the campaign was to increase the level of awareness among students and academic staff regarding student education loans.

The main purpose of the meeting was to hold discussions on the organization of joint informational networking on educational student loans and to consider the possibility of strengthening cooperation with the university.
With the organization of publications Hədəf nəşrləri in Hədəf lyceum was held I national forum of tutors.
The program of the forum included speeches on various topics by Chairman of the TTKF Board Araz Pashayev, employees of the State Examination Center Khanlar Khanlarzadeh, Veli Huseynov and Vafa Alekper, director-founder of Hədəf Group Shamil Sadik, manager Fakhri Aghayev, taxation specialist Gulu Ibrahimli.
A meeting was held between Araz Pashayev, Chairman of the Board of the Educational Student Loan Fund, and students of the Azerbaijan State Economic University (UNEC).
At the meeting, Dos. Ragif Gasimov, vice-rector for digitalization, first spoke about the importance of the Fund and gave the floor to Araz Pashayev for a presentation.

Malahat Ibrahimgizi, a member of the Parliament, spoke about the successful result of the youth policy implemented in the country.

At the meeting, held for the purpose of educating and raising awareness, Chairman of the Board of the Educational Student Loan Fund, Araz Pashayev informed in detail about the activities of the Fund, established by Decree 1367 of June 17, 2021 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the rules of application to the Fund and the criteria for granting educational student loans.
