Volunteers Awarded by the Education Student Loan Fund
On December 5, 2025, the Education Student Loan Fund (TTKF) held a meeting dedicated to the conclusion of the Volunteer Program. A total of 25 students representing higher and secondary specialized education institutions participated in the two-month program. Among them, 8 students from Ganja State University demonstrated high activity throughout the program.
TTKF Recognized with an International Certificate at the “QS Reimagine Education 2025” Conference
On December 1–3, 2025, the “QS Reimagine Education 2025” conference organized by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) was held in London. The main goal of the event was to discuss innovations in education, the application of artificial intelligence, inclusivity, graduate employability, and to promote innovative strategies in higher education.

A Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Student Education Loan Fund and Kapital Bank
On November 20, 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding on mutual cooperation was signed between the Student Education Loan Fund (TTKF) and Kapital Bank OJSC. The Memorandum envisions establishing mutually beneficial cooperation between the parties, organizing internship exchanges for students and graduates benefiting from education loans, creating job opportunities aligned with their specialties, as well as supporting the implementation of volunteer and internship programs, seminars, trainings, and joint projects.
The final stage of the “I Am the Master!” 2 competition has concluded
On 14 November 2025, the next final stage of the “I Am the Master!” 2 competition was successfully concluded within the framework of joint cooperation between the Vocational Education Center under the Economic Zones Development Agency and Holcim-Azerbaijan OJSC.
A training on awareness and professional skills development was conducted by the Student Education Loan Fund
A training titled “Awareness and Professional Skills Development on Student Education Loans” was organized by the Student Education Loan Fund (TTKF). The program, held from 12–15 November 2025, brought together 108 designated representatives from higher, secondary specialized, and vocational education institutions responsible for the e-ttkf.edu.az portal.
TTKF Participated in the “Secret of a Profession” Festival
On November 14, 2025, the next “Secret of a Profession” festival was held at the Baku State Vocational Education Center for Industry and Innovation with the aim of increasing the importance of vocational education, encouraging young people to engage in this field, and promoting skills aligned with labor-market demands.
A Collective Agreement has been signed between TTKF and the TTKF Trade Union Committee.
On November 13, a Collective Agreement covering the years 2025–2027 was signed between the Education Student Loan Fund (TTKF), operating under the Ministry of Science and Education, and the Fund’s Trade Union Committee.
A Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between the Student Education Loan Fund (TTKF) and Azera Holding
On October 29, 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on mutual cooperation was signed between the Student Education Loan Fund (TTKF) and Azera Holding.
The Student Education Loan Fund (TTKF) has successfully completed its regional awareness-raising events for the current year’s fall semester.
With the aim of expanding access to higher, secondary specialized, and vocational education for learners, the Student Education Loan Fund (TTKF) has successfully completed its promotional and awareness-raising activities carried out across the regions. Within the framework of the campaign conducted from October 6 to 22, representatives of the Fund held meetings with students and managerial-pedagogical staff in 12 higher education institutions, 27 secondary specialized institutions, and 21 vocational education institutions in the regions.

The main purpose of the meeting was to hold discussions on the organization of joint informational networking on educational student loans and to consider the possibility of strengthening cooperation with the university.
With the organization of publications Hədəf nəşrləri in Hədəf lyceum was held I national forum of tutors.
The program of the forum included speeches on various topics by Chairman of the TTKF Board Araz Pashayev, employees of the State Examination Center Khanlar Khanlarzadeh, Veli Huseynov and Vafa Alekper, director-founder of Hədəf Group Shamil Sadik, manager Fakhri Aghayev, taxation specialist Gulu Ibrahimli.
A meeting was held between Araz Pashayev, Chairman of the Board of the Educational Student Loan Fund, and students of the Azerbaijan State Economic University (UNEC).

At the meeting, Araz Pashayev, Chairman of the Board of Educational Student Loan Fund, spoke in detail about the activities of the Fund, the rules of applying to the Fund and the procedures for granting student educational loans. Malahat Ibrahimgizi, a member of the Parliament, spoke about the successful result of the youth policy implemented in the country.
