The “Step into the labor market with soft skills” project, jointly organized by the Education Student Loan Fund and the Career and Training Center of Baku Business University, has been successfully concluded. During the two-day intensive training period held within the project, students mastered a number of important skills that play an important role in working life. During the training, participants were provided with detailed knowledge on topics such as leadership and teamwork, goal setting, and time management.
