Tahir Khalafov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of TTKF, informed about the work done by the Foundation. He said that the main goal of the "Education Student Loan Fund" created by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 17, 2021 No. 1367 is to ensure access to education for people from low-income groups, create equal opportunities for education and expand the scope of education.
