The “Step into the labor market with soft skills” project jointly organized by the Education Student Loan Fund and the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts for students has been successfully completed.
This project aimed to support students in acquiring soft skills in line with the demands of the labor market and to strengthen their professional development.
The two-day training provided students with very important skills. The first day’s training was on “Leadership and Teamwork,” where participants learned the principles of team building and leadership, discussed the importance of intra-team communication and effective decision-making processes. The topic of conflict management was also explained in detail, and students were shown how to overcome the difficulties they faced within the team.
The second day’s training was dedicated to “Goal Setting and Time Management.” Here, participants mastered key skills aimed at increasing productivity. Correct prioritization and effective time management were presented to students as important skills for success in their daily lives and future careers. The trainings were organized in an interactive manner, and participants applied what they learned in practice through individual and group assignments. At the end of the training, certificates were presented to those who successfully completed the program.
This project helps equip students not only with theoretical knowledge, but also with the soft skills necessary to succeed in the labor market. Such initiatives allow students to gain practical experience, become better prepared for work life, and build more successful careers in the future.
