At the beginning of the meeting, the Rector of the Institute, Azad Novruzov, noted that the creation of the Education Student Loan Fund in the table of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan is a clear example of the need for more attention and care to be given to education, which is a reliable way for the comprehensive and continuous development of our country. Today, the modern organization of education in line with world standards and the enrichment of existing intellectual potential places a great responsibility on students, and in this direction, the higher education system is emerging as the main driver of the country's development.
The Rector then presented the statistics of applications from students studying at the Nakhchivan Teachers Institute to the Education Student Loan Fund in the 2021-2022 academic year to the attention of the event participants. The Rector emphasized the importance of the creation of the Fund for making education more accessible to young people.
During the meeting, which was held for the purpose of information, promotion, and enlightenment, Araz Pashayev, the Chairman of the Board of the Educational Student Loan Fund, provided students with detailed information about the Fund's areas of activity, types of education student loans, and rights to use the loans, as well as the benefits applied. Araz Pashayev emphasized that the purpose of the education student loan is to ensure accessibility for everyone, especially for people in the lower income bracket, to create equal opportunities in education, and to expand the scope of education. He also answered questions of interest to students, and interesting discussions were held.
