The "Step into the labor market with soft skills" project, jointly organized by the Akhsil Student Loan Fund and Azerbaijan Technical University, has been successfully completed.

The participation of students who benefited from the TTK was a key priority in the project. This project aimed to support students in acquiring soft skills in line with the demands of the labor market and to strengthen their professional development.

The two-day training provided the students with very important skills. The first day’s training was on “Leadership and Teamwork”, where participants learned the principles of team building and leadership, and discussed the importance of intra-team communication and effective decision-making processes.
The second day’s training was dedicated to “Goal Setting and Time Management”. Correct prioritization and effective time management were presented to the students as important skills for success in their daily lives and future careers. The trainings were organized in an interactive manner, and the participants applied what they learned through individual and group assignments. At the end of the training, certificates were presented to those who successfully completed the program.
