The project "Step into the labor market with soft skills" was successfully implemented.
On April 30, 2025, the project “Step into the labor market with soft skills” was successfully implemented by the Educational Student Loan Fund (TSLF). A two-day training program was held with the participation of students from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), the College of Finance and Economics operating under UNEC, and Baku State University (BSU). The project is designed for students who benefit from educational student loans.
The main goal of the project was to increase the competitiveness of students in the labor market, equip them with soft skills, and support their personal development. In the modern labor market, technical knowledge alone is not enough - skills such as leadership, teamwork, and proper time management are highly valued by employers.
The trainings covered the topics of “Leadership and Teamwork” and “Goal Setting and Time Management”.
On the first day of the training, students gained theoretical and practical knowledge about the concept of leadership, teamwork, and the principles of effective cooperation. On the second day, training sessions were organized on goal setting, proper time management and effective problem solving. The sessions were held in an interactive and experiential format, allowing participants to gain practical knowledge.
Students who successfully completed the training were awarded certificates at the end. Participants noted that the project would play an important role in their future career plans, developing their personal skills and giving them new motivation.
Overall, this project was intended to be an important opportunity for young people, contributing to their personal and professional development, as well as supporting their preparation in accordance with the requirements of the labor market.
