On behalf of the Education Student Loan Fund, we sincerely congratulate you on your admission to a higher education institution! This achievement is the result of your hard work and determination.

Students admitted on a paid basis to undergraduate programs of higher education institutions may apply for an education student loan for the fall semester of the 2025–2026 academic year through the portal www.e-ttkf.edu.az, simultaneously with their educational registration on the portal.edu.az platform from August 28 to September 8.
Please be informed that, taking into account the high number of applications during this period, the Fund has established a help desk to provide operational support to applicants. Those facing difficulties during the loan application process may visit our office located at 34 Samed Vurgun Street, Nasimi district, Baku, on business days from 09:00 to 18:00 and receive assistance from our staff.
At the same time, operational support regarding student loan applications will also be provided through the Fund’s Call Center (146-5), WhatsApp, and direct contact numbers.
