The Education Student Loan Fund opens a new application period
Based on the results of the admission competition held by the State Examination Center for the 2026-2027 academic year, students admitted to the master's level of higher education (applications for newly admitted bachelor's level students will open after the completion of specialty selection), as well as students studying in the 2nd and higher courses of higher, secondary specialized, and vocational education institutions, can log into the e-ttkf.edu.az portal starting from the specified date and apply for a social or standard education student loan.
Students admitted to the master's education level will be able to apply for an education student loan via the e-ttkf.edu.az portal in parallel while carrying out the student registration process through my.gov.az
According to the rules, the following minimum admission indicators have been determined to benefit from the standard education student loan for the first semester of the first academic year:
* Sub-bachelor - 110 points, for specialties requiring special aptitude 40 points;
* Bachelor's level - 250 points, for specialties requiring special aptitude 100 points;
* Master's level - 50 points, for specialties requiring special aptitude 30 points;
* For those admitted to higher education institutions based on SAT results - minimum 1200 points;
* For technical vocational and high technical vocational education levels - the arithmetic mean of the final grades in relevant subjects in the certificate minimum 3.
It should be noted that minimum admission indicators are applied only in relation to standard education student loans. For social education student loans, a minimum admission score is not required.
Attention: Newly admitted bachelor's and sub-bachelor students for the 2026-2027 academic year will be able to submit their applications for an education student loan via the e-ttkf.edu.az portal in parallel during the registration of the educational institution after completing the specialty selection.
