To provide prompt support to applicants of the Student Education Loan Fund, a dedicated Help Desk has become operational as of today.
Students admitted to master's degree programmes for the 2026–2027 academic year who complete their electronic enrollment via the my.gov.az platform between 3 and 12 August may simultaneously apply for a Student Education Loan (SEL) through the e-ttkf.edu.az portal.
Applicants experiencing any difficulties during the application process may visit the Student Education Loan Fund office at 34 Samad Vurgun Street, Nasimi District, Baku, on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00 to receive prompt assistance from the Fund's staff.
