Representatives of the Educational Student Loan Fund visited Baku Engineering University.
The meeting was attended by Bahruz Azimov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Educational Student Loan Fund, and other employees of the Fund - Agcha Mammadova, Agamusa Isazade, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Professor Gamzaga Orujov, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Bayram Huseynzadeh, Head of Academic Affairs Department Ramil Hajiyev.
During the meeting Bahruz Azimov was the first to give a statistical information for 2021/2022 academic year and informed that the application process for Spring semester is going on. Prof. Hamzaga Orujov, Vice-rector for Academic Affairs, outlined the importance of organizing meetings with students on educational loans and made some suggestions so that students could benefit more from the current system. Bayram Huseynzadeh, Vice-rector for Academic Affairs, highlighted the importance of the Educational Student Loan Fund, which serves the purpose of providing financial support to students from vulnerable families. Speakers mentioned the importance of using these services in providing students with detailed information on educational student loans.
It should be noted that during the last semester, 86 students of Baku Engineering University have taken advantage of educational student loans, including 21 students who applied for social and 65 students who applied for standard educational student loans.
