From November 2021 through 11/25/2023, more than 25,000 students applied to the Fund for educational student loans.
About 18,000 of those applications were processed and transferred to the students' accounts.

The top 5 are as follows:
1. Azerbaijan State University of Economics 1,331 loans disbursed. Of these 325 social, 1,006 standard educational loans.
2. Ganja State University 1,153 issued loans: 424 social, 729 standard educational loans.
3. Azerbaijan Technical University 961 issued loans: 384 social, 577 standard educational loans.
4. Baku State University 920 issued loans: 292 social, 628 standard educational loans.
5. Baku Business University 798 issued loans: 342 social, 456 standard educational loans.
