Chairman of the Board of Education Student Loan Fund (TTKF) Araz Pashayev visited "Nakhchivan" University.
During the meeting with the rector of the university, Anar Kazimov, and the administrative staff, the rector informed the guest about the activities of the higher educational institution, reforms in the field of education, and recent changes. He said that "Nakhchivan" University implements a student-oriented education policy that meets modern challenges. Therefore, the activities of the Education Student Loan Fund established under the Ministry of Science and Education by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 17, 2021, are truly commendable. The fund carries out important work for the access of young people to education.

At the meeting, the rector of "Nakhchivan" University, Associate Professor Anar Kazimov spoke about the educational reforms carried out in our country and the work done in the direction of improving the quality of education. It was noted that the creation of TTKF is a clear example of the state's concern for higher education and young people from low-income groups.
The rector brought to the attention of the participants of the event the statistics of applications of students studying at "Nakhchivan" University in the last academic year to the Education Student Loan Fund. He said that so far more than 70 students of the university have benefited from the opportunities created by the fund.
Araz Pashayev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fund, gave detailed information to the students about the activities of the Education Student Loan Fund, the types of education student loans the rights to use the loan, and the applied benefits. Araz Pashayev noted that the main goal of creating the fund is to ensure access to education for people from low-income groups, to create equal opportunities for them, and to expand the scope of education. Thus, the existence of TTKF in Azerbaijan, which includes the most advanced practices in the world, has created new opportunities for students.
At the meeting, the working mechanism of the electronic system for education student loans was demonstrated, and students' questions on the subject were answered.
