The development of education in Azerbaijan is one of the priority directions of the state policy. Important reforms are being carried out in the field of education, important steps are being taken towards the development of education. One of the clearest examples of the attention and care of the head of the country towards education is the Education Student Loan Fund.
The "Educational Student Loan Fund" was established by Decree No. 1367 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 17, 2021. The main goal of creating the fund is to ensure access to education for people from low-income groups, to create equal opportunities for education and to expand the scope of education. During the short period of its activity, more than 35,000 students have benefited from education loans. Loans are transferred directly to the accounts of institutions where students study, and the student, who has solved an important issue such as tuition fees, gets the opportunity to focus on personal development and increasing his knowledge, being freed from this concern.
In order to make more people take advantage of this unique opportunity created by our state for students and to expand the scope of TTKF, regular promotion and promotion work is carried out by the Foundation. As a continuation of these works, meetings were held with students and pupils in 13 higher education, 29 secondary education, 27 vocational education and 55 general education institutions across the country in April-May of the current year.

Thus, 1,892 people with higher education, 2,725 people with secondary education, 1,647 people with vocational education, and 5,844 people with general educational institutions took part in the presentations held in 12 regions. 6521 students participated in the presentations held in general educational institutions of Baku city. These presentations covered 56 general educational institutions in 12 districts. 15 presentations were held in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, including 3 higher, 3 secondary and 9 general educational institutions. 3025 people attended the presentations. 54% (1,655 people) of them were general, 17.1% (520 people) secondary, and 28% (850 people) went to higher education institutions.
Within the framework of these meetings, the employees of the Fund explained to the participants the activities, goals and objectives of TTKF, as well as the rules for applying for educational student loans, types of loans, applicable discounts, payment conditions, etc. detailed information was given. It was reported that those who are studying part-time at the bachelor's and master's (residency) levels of the higher education level, at the secondary vocational education level, and at the high technical and technical vocational education levels of the vocational education level can take advantage of the education student loan.
It should be noted that the acceptance of applications for TTK for the spring semester of the 2023-2024 academic year continues. Students who want to get an education loan can apply through the portal www.e-ttkf.edu.az.
