Career day and Job Fair
"Career Day and Job Fair" was held with the support of the Azerbaijan University of Languages and the American Center in Baku and the Association of Azerbaijani Alumni Educated in the United States.
The event, organized at the Azerbaijan University of Languages and the American Center in Baku, was attended by human resources representatives from the private sector, government agencies and the business sector.
Representatives from the Educational Student Loan Fund also participated in the fair.
The event consisted of two parts.
In the first part Emil Huseynov, Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Institute of Human Resources, Fidan Huseynova, Head of Pasha Bank's Talent Recruitment and Recruiting Group, professional career coach, and Aysel Hasanova, employee of the Educational Student Loan Fund, spoke and informed participants about career planning and preparation for the job world, preparation for an interview.
The second part of the event was devoted to introducing the companies and distributing the exhibition materials.
The main purpose of the event is to assist in further career development for university graduates, professionals and the unemployed.
At the same time, representatives of various companies directly communicate with representatives of HR departments.
