An information session was held at ADA University on May 29. The Educational Student Loan Fund was also represented at the event held to inform 10-11th grade students and their parents about tuition discounts and educational loans in bachelor's and master's specialties.
The participants were informed about the Fund's activities, goals and achieved results. It was stated that the development of education in our country is one of the priority directions of the state policy. One of the clearest examples of the attention and care shown by the head of the country to education is the Education Student Loan Fund. The main goal of the "Educational Student Loan Fund" established by Decree No. 1367 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 17, 2021 is to ensure access to education for people from low-income groups of the population, to create equal opportunities for education and to expand the scope of education. About 36,000 students have benefited from this opportunity during the short period of its activity.
In the framework of the session, a number of additions and changes made in the "Rule for providing educational student loans at the expense of the Educational Student Loan Fund", detailed information on the types of loans, application rules, repayment conditions and concessions were given, and the questions of the participants were answered.
