Hasanova located in Ismailli district, Ismailli State Humanitarian and Technological College, Ismailli State Vocational Training Center, as well as secondary school No. 4 located in Gabala district and Gabala State Vocational Education Center.
The activities, objectives and goals of the TTKF, as well as the rules for applying for an education student loan, types of loans, applicable discounts, payment conditions, etc. detailed information was given.
