The Help Desk has been launched to support applications for Education Student Loans
For the fall semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, applicants admitted on a paid basis to undergraduate programs of higher education institutions may apply for an Education Student Loan through the portal www.e-ttkf.edu.az after completing their educational registration via the portal.edu.az platform between August 28 and September 8.
To provide operational support to individuals applying for student loans, the Education Student Loan Fund has established a Help Desk. We would like to note that the Help Desk is already operational and provides prompt services to citizens regarding applications received throughout the day.
Applicants who encounter difficulties during the loan application process may visit the Fund’s office located at 34 Samed Vurgun Street, Nasimi District, Baku, on business days from 09:00 to 18:00 to receive assistance from our staff.
In addition, to ensure that inquiries are answered and further support is provided, services are also available through the Fund’s Call Center (146-5), WhatsApp, and direct contact numbers.
