A training on “Leadership and Teamwork” was held for students benefiting from the Student Education Loan
A new awareness training program has been organized by the Student Education Loan Fund (TTKF) to support the personal and professional development of students. Within the framework of the Fund’s initiative and in cooperation with the Career and Internship Center of Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction (AzUAC), a training on “Leadership and Teamwork” was held for students studying at the university and benefiting from student education loans (TTK).
The main objective of the training was to develop students’ leadership skills, enhance effective collaboration within teams, and build professional competencies aligned with the modern demands of the labor market. The event was organized in an interactive format, ensuring active participation of attendees.
During the program, participants were provided with detailed information on key leadership principles, leadership styles, decision-making processes, role distribution within teams, and effective communication methods. In addition, through practical tasks, group discussions, and simulation games, students had the opportunity to apply their knowledge in real-life scenarios.
At the end of the training, students who actively participated were awarded certificates of appreciation.
