Dear young people!
On behalf of the Education Student Loan Fund, we congratulate you on becoming students and wish you every success in your educational journey!
Those admitted to the bachelor's level of higher education institutions, as well as to secondary specialized and vocational education institutions, on a full-time and fee-paying basis in the 2026–2027 academic year can benefit from an education student loan.
Starting from August 28, applicants admitted to the bachelor's level of higher education institutions must first obtain a consent application and then apply through the e-ttkf.edu.az portal to benefit from an education student loan. The consent application can be obtained from notary offices, ASAN Service centers, or through the “Mobil Notariat” and “mygov” applications.
To provide prompt support to individuals applying for an education student loan, a help desk operates at the Fund's office on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00 (Address: 34 Samad Vurgun Street, Nasimi District, Baku, AF Mall, 18th floor). Inquiries are also promptly addressed through the Fund's Call Center, WhatsApp, and direct contact numbers.
