“Step into the labor market with soft skills” project successfully completed
The “Step into the labor market with soft skills” project, jointly organized by the Student Loan Fund and the No. 2 Baku Base Medical College, has been successfully concluded. The main objective of the project was to support students benefiting from the Student Loan Fund in acquiring soft skills aligned with labor market demands and to contribute to their professional development.During the two-day training sessions, students acquired several essential skills for success in the labor market. Within the framework of the project, students were presented with topics such as “Leadership and Teamwork” and “Goal Setting and Time Management.”The first day was dedicated to the topic “Leadership and Teamwork.” During the training, participants discussed not only theoretical knowledge about leadership and team building but also the importance of effective communication within the team, collaboration, and decision-making processes.The training sessions were organized interactively, allowing participants to apply what they learned through individual and group tasks. At the end of the program, students who successfully completed the training were awarded certificates.
