Training on “Soft Skills and Preparation for the Labor Market” held
Between March 3–12, the Student Education Loan Fund organized a training program titled “Soft Skills and Preparation for the Labor Market” for students and graduates benefiting from student education loans.
The training program focused on the topic of “Emotional Intelligence” and was conducted for students and graduates of Baku Slavic University, Azerbaijan Technical University, Finance and Economics College, Baku State University, Baku Eurasian University, Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Education and Sport, Baku Base Medical College No. 2, Baku Business University, and Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
The main objective of the training was to develop self-awareness, emotional management, teamwork, and communication skills among young people benefiting from student education loans, and to support their more prepared and flexible entry into the labor market. Within this framework, participants were provided with detailed information on the role of emotional intelligence in personal and professional development, stress management, building empathy skills, and establishing healthy communication within teams.
The training program was conducted using interactive methods, group discussions, and practical exercises. This approach contributed to the participants’ personal development and their ability to adapt competitively to the requirements of the modern labor market.
Participants showed great interest and active engagement throughout the training process and actively took part in the discussions. At the end of the program, certificates of appreciation were presented to the participants.
