Assistant/Associate Professor of Public Administration
ADA University’s School of Public and International Affairs invites applications for the position of Assistant/Associate Professor of Public Administration. This full-time faculty role, starting in Fall 2024, offers a great opportunity for dynamic, innovative, and collaborative professionals who specialize in public administration. The successful candidate will be expected to teach a range of related undergraduate and graduate courses including Public Affairs and Governance, Public Administration Theories, Human Resource Management, Public Administration and Management, and other relevant subjects as required.

Publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences;
Foster a collaborative atmosphere among faculty;
Participate in university and school committees;
Provide thorough support and guidance to students;
Maintain a teaching load of 3/3 for Assistant Professors or 3/2 for Associate Professors, with the possibility of reducing it to 3/2 for Assistant Professors demonstrating a strong research agenda;
Actively participate in university and community life.
