Obligations:
Welcoming customers and visitors to the company, answering their questions within the scope of their authority, directing them to the relevant persons;
To organize the sending of outgoing documents, to receive and register incoming documents to the company, to present them to the management for review, and to distribute them to relevant persons;
Process, register and arrange sending of outgoing letters;
To organize the sending of documents;
Planning and organization of events and meetings;
Conducting business correspondence;
Perform other service tasks of the direct supervisor;
To carry out the work assignments of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the management of the company

Business correspondence skills, knowledge of business ethics;
Good working ability in Microsoft Office programs;
Work with large volumes of data;
Administrative skills;
Having positive indicators such as responsibility, accuracy, accuracy and reliability, analytical thinking
Education: Higher;
Work experience: at least 1 year in the relevant field;
Language skills: Azerbaijani (excellent), Russian (excellent), additionally English (desirable);
Business correspondence skills, knowledge of business ethics;
Good working ability in Microsoft Office programs;
Work with large volumes of data;
Administrative skills;
