Obligations:
To welcome customers and guests coming to the company, to answer their questions within the scope of their authority, and to direct them to the relevant persons
To organize the sending of outgoing documents
To receive documents entering the company, to register them, to present them to the management for review, and to distribute them to the relevant persons
To process, register and send outgoing letters in the appropriate manner
To organize the sending of documents
To plan and organize events and meetings
To conduct business correspondence
To perform other service tasks of the immediate supervisor
To perform the work tasks of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the company's management

Work experience: at least 6 months in the relevant field
Language skills: Azerbaijani (excellent), Russian (excellent), additionally English (desirable)
Business correspondence skills, knowledge of business ethics
Ability to work well in Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work with large volumes of dataAdministrative skills
Positive indicators such as responsibility, accuracy, precision and reliability, analytical thinking
Work experience: at least 6 months in the relevant field
