Understand user (business) needs and translate them into product requirements;
Conduct market research on bank cards and propose competitive conditions;
Monitor modern trends in the bank card market and work on product development;
Manage and prioritize product resources based on changing requirements;
Directly participate in product creation, development, and monitoring of business indicators;
Carry out monitoring and evaluation of product development at each stage of the process;
Regularly update and monitor regulations, tariffs, and instructions related to the field;
Prepare and improve reports reflecting product profitability and efficiency.

Knowledge to be gained:

Practical knowledge about banking systems and the card production process;
Information on different types of cards and their distinctions;
Rules of secure data transmission and processing;
Ability to work in a corporate environment and as part of a team;
Knowledge about the principles of international payment systems.

Student or recent graduate in finance, banking, information technologies, or related fields;
Proficiency in spoken and written Azerbaijani (knowledge of Russian and English is desirable);
Confident use of MS Excel and other office software;
Strong analytical skills;
Adherence to ethical principles and sensitivity in handling confidential information;
Responsible, attentive, and accurate;
Ability to work in a team and maintain constructive communication.
