Digital marketing specialist
Responsibilies:
Managing the company’s social media accounts
Preparing content for posts and directing it to the designer
Launching ads on social media in line with the company’s advertising strategy
Monitoring and regularly updating the corporate website content
Preparing reports on tasks carried out under the marketing plan
Managing Google Ads campaigns (SEM, Banner, GIF, YouTube ads)
Preparing campaign reports and analyses
Adjusting the annual campaign and advertising budget
Performing SEO tasks
Preparing requirements (BR) for website, CRM, and mobile app adjustments
Organizing YouTube shoots, advertising, and involving employees as guests
Generating reports using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Setting up custom website events via Google Tag Manager
Organizing campaign shoots
Managing updates and issues in the company’s online sales platforms (Mobile App, OPS)
Organizing and participating in meetings regarding updates in CRM, Mobile App, Website, and systems
Establishing marketing partnerships with partners
Managing the website admin panel (for both companies)
Managing the Mobile App admin panel

Work experience: At least 1 year in a relevant field
Languages: Azerbaijani (excellent), Russian (good), English (intermediate)
Proficiency in MS Office programs
Ability to apply innovations
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
High initiative and creativity
Good communication and teamwork skills
Work conditions:
Working hours: Mon–Thu 09:00–18:00, Fri 09:00–17:00
Work schedule: 5/2 (Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and national mourning days are non-working days)
