Development of new projects
Providing technical support for existing modules
Formulating program specifications and key prototypes
Developing, testing, and analyzing programming applications
Analyzing and fixing software errors, and submitting reports on time
Supporting software developers and analysts in conceptualizing and developing new applications

Education: Higher education
Work experience: At least 2 years in a relevant field
Language skills: Azerbaijani (excellent), English (technical), Russian (preferred)

Strong knowledge of C# (OOP), ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core
Knowledge of SQL and SQL Server
Experience working with RESTful APIs
Experience with Git and branching strategies such as GitFlow
Documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI
Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems
Experience with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)

Applied skills: 

Strong analytical and operational skills
Ability to work in a team
Writing clean code and following SOLID principles
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies

Soft skills:

Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions
Clear and professional communication, ability to produce technical documentation
Willingness to learn and apply new technologies 
Commitment to deadlines and a result-oriented approach

Working conditions:

Working hours: Monday–Thursday 09:00–18:00, Friday 09:00–17:00
5/2 work schedule (Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and national mourning days are non-working days)
