Automation Specialist (Jabrayil)
Description:
This position is responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted, safe, and efficient operation of the company's automated control systems, including PLC, SCADA, and HMI solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, commissioning, technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automation equipment, contributing to the stable operation of production processes. The role also involves participation in the development and implementation of automation solutions for new projects.
As the workplace is located in Jabrayil, only candidates who can reside in Jabrayil and surrounding regions will be considered.

General Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial automation systems
Practical experience in PLC programming and commissioning
Experience working with SCADA and HMI systems
Knowledge of sensors, actuators, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and servo systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, P&ID drawings, and technical documentation
Knowledge of automation and control panel design and operation principles
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
Strong analytical thinking, responsibility, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, optimize, and support PLC programs
Configure, monitor, and maintain SCADA and HMI systems
Supervise the installation, commissioning, and operation of sensors, actuators, VFDs, servo systems, and other automation equipment
Ensure proper assembly, wiring, and compliance of electrical and control panels with technical requirements
Diagnose automation system failures, resolve issues promptly, and implement preventive measures
Participate in preventive maintenance planning and execution
Read, analyze, and implement technical documentation, electrical schematics, and automation projects
Participate in the preparation, installation, and commissioning of automation systems for new projects
Determine requirements for spare parts and automation components
Comply with occupational health, safety, and fire safety regulations
Prepare reports on completed work, identified failures, and corrective actions taken
Perform other lawful duties assigned by management in a timely and professional manner
