During his speech A. Pashayev emphasized the role of student loans in expanding the scope of education, providing access to education for socially vulnerable groups and improving the quality of education. In addition, he noted that by considering student loans when choosing a specialty, applicants have the opportunity to choose an area of study that matches their interests and motivations. This, in turn, allows them to become specialized students who can contribute more to our economy as experts.
