At the meeting, Shikar Huseynov, acting head of the Ministry of Education of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Ayshan Asgarova, head of the education and innovation sector of the Ministry of Education of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, entrants and teachers of the Heydar Aliyev Secondary School, Garrison Secondary School and Girls' Lyceum of Nakhchivan STS. and parents participated.
First of all, Ayşan Asgarova, head of the education and innovation sector of the Office of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Nakhchivan, greeted the participants of the event and gave a brief information about the benefits of the Fund. Later, Shikar Huseynov, acting as the temporary head of the Ministry of Education of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, expressed his opinion about the Fund. Tehranaga Abdullayev, Head of the Fund's Department, gave extensive information about the foundation's history and purpose. It was stated that the main goal of creating the Fund is to create equal opportunities for the education of people from the low-income strata of the population and to expand the scope of education.
It was noted that the education student loan is a very progressive state document that serves to ensure access to education for young people. Detailed information about the types of education student loans, the requirements for obtaining a student loan, the right to use the loan, the requirements for granting the loan and the applicable discounts.
