Ali Rzayev, an employee of the Fund, gave extensive information about the activities of the Education Student Loan Fund, the rules for applying for an education student loan, and the criteria for granting it. Mahammadali Abdin noted that the main mission of the Education Student Loan Fund is to ensure access to education for everyone, especially students from the vulnerable population group, and to create equal opportunities in education.
