A meeting was held at Kamensky University within the framework of the visit of the delegation of the Educational Student Loan Fund to the Slovak Republic.
Tahir Khalafov, Deputy Chairman of the Fund's Management Board, gave information about the activities of TTKF and the results achieved. It was noted that more than 55,000 applications were submitted to the Fund, which operates to ensure access to education and expand the scope of education, and about 44,000 TTK contracts were formalized within 3 years.
It was brought to the attention of the participants of the meeting that the student loans are directly transferred to the accounts of the institutions where the students are studying, and the students who have solved an important issue such as tuition fees have the opportunity to focus on personal development and increasing their knowledge.
Martin Povazan informed about the activity and future plans of Kamensky University, the largest higher education institution in Slovakia. He pointed out that there are currently 13 faculties in this University, founded in 1919, and about 30,000 students are studying. M. Povazan appreciated the visit of the TTKF delegation and expressed his gratitude to Kamensky University for the interest shown.
