Future cooperation opportunities were discussed between the National Observatory and the Education Student Loan Fund
On February 25, 2025, a meeting was held between the Education Student Loan Fund (ETSF) and the National Observatory on Labor Market and Social Protection Issues. The main topic of the meeting was the more efficient use of education student loans and the preparation of graduates for professions suitable for the labor market.
In order for young people to have better job opportunities in the future, adapting education to the labor market was identified as a key priority. In particular, the areas where job opportunities are more in the labor market, the importance of directing graduates to these areas, and how student loans can be used more effectively in this direction were discussed.
Bahruz Azimov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the ETSF, stressed the importance of cooperation between the two institutions. He noted that thanks to the research conducted by the National Observatory, it will be easier for graduates of educational institutions to adapt to the labor market. These analyzes will help students understand which specialties are more appropriate to choose.
The main decision made at the meeting was that a comprehensive analysis will be conducted on the labor market situation of those who have benefited from and graduated from the TTKF. A special working group will be created to carry out work in this direction and it will be carried out within a specified time frame. The public will be regularly informed about this.
The two institutions plan to further expand cooperation and implement joint projects in the future. In particular, one of the main goals is to increase the opportunities for young people to find work in their field of study, develop new strategies and train personnel suitable for the real labor market.
The main goal of this cooperation is to support students not only in obtaining a diploma, but also in choosing the right direction for their future careers. For this, it is planned to establish a stronger connection between education and the labor market.
