TTKF Hosts Event on “Career Opportunities for Graduates with Student Loans and Cooperation with Employers”
On October 6, 2025, the Education Student Loan Fund (TTKF) organized an event on “Career Opportunities for Graduates with Student Loans and Cooperation with Employers.” The meeting was attended by representatives and specialists responsible for human resources policies from nearly 30 institutions representing the public, education, and private sectors.
The main purpose of the event was to enhance career opportunities for graduates who benefited from student loans (TTK), strengthen their integration into the labor market, and discuss new areas of cooperation with employers that would create mutual benefits.
The participants were first presented with a video highlighting the Fund’s activities. Afterwards, Chairman of the Board of TTKF, Bahruz Azimov, delivered a presentation covering the Fund’s founding objectives, statistical indicators of its activities, and the results achieved through cooperation with employers.
To date, more than 82,000 applications have been submitted to the TTKF electronic portal, of which nearly 66,000 student loan agreements have been formalized. Among the beneficiaries, 1,487 students have participated in professional training programs, 1,500 in internship programs, and more than 300 graduates have been supported in gaining employment. In this direction, Memorandums of Understanding have been signed with 9 educational institutions, 7 government bodies, and 17 private companies.
During the event, participants exchanged views and made suggestions regarding the involvement of student loan beneficiaries in internship programs across different fields, their integration into the labor market, and the implementation of joint programs with employers. Potential opportunities for future collaboration were also discussed.
The event concluded with the closing speech of the Chairman of the Board of TTKF. It laid a solid foundation for future cooperation and opened new perspectives for strengthening mutual relations between the parties.
