A training on awareness and professional skills development was conducted by the Student Education Loan Fund
A training titled “Awareness and Professional Skills Development on Student Education Loans” was organized by the Student Education Loan Fund (TTKF). The program, held from 12–15 November 2025, brought together 108 designated representatives from higher, secondary specialized, and vocational education institutions responsible for the e-ttkf.edu.az portal.
The main purpose of the training was to explain the portal’s functionality, eliminate potential difficulties during use, strengthen the theoretical and practical preparedness of responsible staff, and enhance their ability to use the system more effectively.
The four-day event was held in an interactive format, and participants’ practical questions were addressed.
At the opening ceremony, Rüfət Tağızadə, Deputy Chairman of the Fund’s Management Board, welcomed participants and provided detailed information about the Fund’s four-year activity, ongoing projects, opportunities created for students, and the scope of the credit mechanism.
The system presentations and awareness sessions were delivered by the Fund’s IT specialist, Ağamusa İsazadə. He provided detailed explanations on portal usage procedures, registration and management of applications, requirements to consider during processing, as well as methods for promptly resolving technical issues.
Fatimə Abdullayeva, Head of the Fund’s Education Institutions Relations Department, informed participants about improving the efficiency of the registration process, ensuring accurate and timely entry of GPA indicators, and maintaining data accuracy within the system.
Gülnar Zeynalova, Public Relations Specialist of the Fund, emphasized that identifying successful students who have benefited from education loans and preparing their success stories about academic and career development play an important role in transparently promoting the credit mechanism and raising awareness among other young people.
At the end of the event, certificates were presented to participants who successfully completed the training. It was noted that similar meetings will continue to be held regularly to strengthen cooperation with educational institutions and enhance operational skills on the portal.
