A Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Student Education Loan Fund and Kapital Bank
On November 20, 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding on mutual cooperation was signed between the Student Education Loan Fund (TTKF) and Kapital Bank OJSC.
The Memorandum envisions establishing mutually beneficial cooperation between the parties, organizing internship exchanges for students and graduates benefiting from education loans, creating job opportunities aligned with their specialties, as well as supporting the implementation of volunteer and internship programs, seminars, trainings, and joint projects.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, the Chairman of the Board of TTKF, Bahruz Azimov, provided information about the Fund’s activities and achievements. He noted that Kapital Bank, acting as an authorized bank for the past four years, has facilitated access to education for thousands of students applying to the Fund. Within new cooperation areas that bring mutual benefit with employers, collaboration with Kapital Bank will create broader opportunities for students and graduates benefiting from education loans.
Member of the Management Board of Kapital Bank, Fərqanə Məmmədova, expressed that Kapital Bank is pleased not only to act as TTKF’s financial operations partner, but also to engage in the directions outlined in the Memorandum.
