Application Dates Announced for Student Education Loans for the 2025–2026 Academic Year
According to the information provided by the Student Education Loan Fund (SELF), applications for Student Education Loans (SEL) for the fall semester of the 2025–2026 academic year will be accepted until January 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Applicants are advised to complete the application process by the specified date and time.
Registration for Student Education Loans for the spring semester of the 2025–2026 academic year will begin on February 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM.
Students wishing to apply must complete the following steps in sequence:
First-time applicants must obtain a notarized consent form (through a notary office, an “ASAN Service” center, or via the “Mobile Notary” application).
(This is not required for repeat applications.)
Using the consent form number, log in to the e-ttkf.edu.az portal and submit the application.
(For repeat applications, the previously obtained consent form number is used.)
Applications are accepted every day, including weekends and public holidays.
Note: The processing of applications submitted for the fall semester will continue even after the registration period has ended.
To provide prompt assistance to applicants experiencing difficulties during the application process, the Fund operates a Help Desk. Applicants may visit the office located at 34 Samad Vurgun Street, Nasimi District, Baku, on business days from 09:00 to 18:00 to receive support.
