On behalf of the Education Student Loan Fund, we congratulate you on becoming students and wish you every success in your educational journey!
In the 2026–2027 academic year, students admitted to the undergraduate level of higher education institutions, as well as to secondary specialised and vocational education institutions on a full-time and fee-paying basis, may benefit from an Education Student Loan.
Those who have been admitted as students must first apply for an electronic consent application through the my.gov.az platform. After confirming the application, they can apply for an Education Student Loan through the e-ttkf.edu.az portal.
To provide prompt support to applicants for Education Student Loans, the Fund’s Help Desk operates on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00 at the Fund’s office.

Inquiries are also promptly answered through the Fund’s Call Center, WhatsApp, and direct contact numbers.
