Financial Reporting Manager

- Manage the corporate financial reporting process, including preparation of consolidated financial statements and regular reports to the management.
- Help to develop and maintain accounting policies.
- Coordinate monthly/quarterly close process through financial statement preparation and reporting.
- Manage the annual audits, review the financial reports for accuracy.
- Lead the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of period-end close including their own work and the work of others.
- Prepare detailed internal financial reports, including researching and explaining significant variances by working closely with various departments and management.
- Assess the needs of the business, prioritize projects, and drive new reporting requirements to completion

- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.

- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving.
- The ability to cooperate in a team.
- Big 4 experience is preferred.
