There is a vacancy for a specialist position in the Department of Information and Citizen Service at the Ministry of Science and Education, in the sector of processing citizen appeals!
Öhdəliklər:
- Preparation of monitoring and evaluation criteria of services provided to citizens;
- Updating of educational services included in the register of public services, making additions and removing expired services from the register;
- organization of assessment on ASAN index and adaptation of services to requirements;
- Participation in the implementation of the annual action plan;
- Preparation of letters, presentations and other types of documents;
- Responding to requests received in the sector.
