- Effective organization of monitoring and analytical analysis of the activities of educational institutions and execution of works in the direction of process control;
- Collecting data on the activities of educational institutions and making them useful for analysis;
- Examining advanced international experience in the field of quality assurance and making proposals based on this, taking into account the local context, according to the direction of the department's activities;
- At the end of the accreditation process, preparation of thematic reports on the activities and indicators of educational institutions and giving relevant proposals;
- Participation in the process of effectively organizing activity monitoring and analytical analysis at the end of the accreditation process of higher educational institutions (HEIs);
- Preparing a number of strategic documents and action plans, as well as monitoring their implementation;
- Implementation of other activities arising from job duties.

- Complete higher education (in IT, computer science and similar fields);
- Minimum 3 years of work experience (including at least 2 years in the field of higher education);
- Knowledge of MS Office software (international certificates are desirable);
- Knowledge and experience in at least one of Python, R programming languages or Stata statistical tool;
- Knowledge of Power BI or one of Tableau programs;
- Analytical thinking ability and mathematical knowledge;
- Ability to speak and write fluently in Azerbaijani language;
- Technical English knowledge;
- Monitoring and evaluation skills.
