Higher education;
work experience of not less than 3 years;
Ability to write correctly and speak fluently in the Azerbaijani language (knowledge of Russian and English is desirable);
Knowledge of existing legislation, rules and regulations in the field of valuation;
Ability to work freely in "Microsoft Office" programs;
ability to use "Google" tools;
Ability to prepare statistical reports;
Ability to work with a team;
Management skills;
Personal qualities (communicative, disciplined, resistance to stress).
