Obligations:
Telephone contact with customers:
-Conducting phone conversations with existing and potential customers, presenting the company's products and services.
-Determining the requirements and needs of customers, offering suitable products or services.
Achieving Sales Targets:
-Active sales activities to achieve or exceed set sales targets.
-Information and stimulation of customers within sales campaigns.
Data Management:
- Correct registration of customer data and calls, tracking of contacts.
-Re-contacting each customer according to the date of contact.
Customer Relationship Protection:
-Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and increasing their loyalty to the company.
Promotion of Products and Services:
-Explaining the advantages of the company's products and services to customers.
- Continuous updating and development of product knowledge needed for sales.
Preparation of Reports:
-Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales activity and submission to management.
- Analyzing sales results and providing suggestions for improvement.

-Working closely with the sales team, sharing experiences and information.
-Coordinating within the team to achieve joint sales targets.

Strong analytical thinking, effective problem solving skills, high level of initiative, research and market analysis skills;
Work experience in sales, especially telephone sales (1-2 years) is a great advantage;
Knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages at a high level (English language is desirable);
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Excellent sales and communication skills.
