Ensure the implementation of tasks for commissioning of facilities on time, in accordance with quality indicators;
In accordance with the project implementation plan, carry out the undertaken construction works on time, in accordance with predetermined technical, quality and HSE standards and within the framework of agreed financial standards and budgeting;
Implement measures to reduce the cost of construction, installation and commissioning works, use materials and wage funds economically, and carry out work on the dissemination of advanced methods and methods of labor;
Ensure the implementation of tasks for commissioning of facilities on time, as well as construction, installation and commissioning works on all quantitative and qualitative indicators;
Analyze and calculate the total volume of construction works for the preparation of estimate documents;
To ensure the implementation of the construction and installation work plan at the designated facility (area) in accordance with the working drawings, the work execution project, the production plan and regulatory documents, to participate in the delivery of completed facilities, as well as separate ready-made work complexes for the facilities of the buildings to the customer;
Prepares the work area for subcontractor organizations, requires timely and high-quality performance of work according to the terms of the contract, accepts the work done from them;
Keeps records of the work done, compiles technical documentation and submits it to the relevant department;
Divides work among subordinate employees, organizes and controls their work;
Determines the construction materials to be used in construction in a timely manner and forwards the list of necessary construction materials to the supply department;
Monitors the correct placement of orders by conducting regular inspections of warehouse management and the protection of material resources at the construction site;
Fulfills the tasks assigned by the management in a timely and high-quality manner.
