Requirements:
Age: 25- 45 years;
Higher education in architecture and design.
At least 5 years of work experience in architecture.
High level of proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop and other architectural programs.
Ability to create creative and new design concepts.
Design skills - ability to prepare sketches, plans and 3D models of projects.
Effective teamwork and communication skills.
Knowledge of English or Russian is desirable in addition to Azerbaijani.
Punctual and responsible;
Ability to work with a team;
Must know the rules for developing constructive and planned solutions for buildings and structures;

Job description:
Development of urban planning justification in accordance with current norms and standards;
Participate in the development of the architectural part (section) of complex projects of constructed facilities;
Develop the necessary amendments to projects and master plans in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, regulatory documents on urban planning and construction, as well as predetermined international standards.
Recognize construction materials and know and apply the rules for their use in accordance with construction norms.
Be able to read architectural design projects and prepare work packages;
Ensure the connection of the architectural part of the project with other sections, the completeness of the necessary technical documentation, reduce the volume of project materials at all stages of design, etc.
Ensuring compliance with the specified time frame for the implementation of project work, increasing quality and efficiency indicators, as well as compliance of accepted project tasks with the applicable regulatory materials for design and construction
Exercise author's control over the construction of designed facilities, monitor the compliance of used construction materials, structures, products approved for the project with standards and technical conditions for construction;
Compile sections of the technical report on the work performed;
Conduct measurement work at facilities and compile them in electronic format;
Prepare sketches and working projects;
Ability to regularly interact with designers and other relevant persons.
